But is it (actually) legit and worthwhile?

Or just another scam?

Well, it’s a good thing you’re here.

I don’t mean to alarm you… but there are some “red flags” I think you should be aware of before joining Commission Hero that will help you make a more informed choice.

I want to walk you through these in detail. I also want to make a recommendation to you for the most cost-efficient, lowest-risk, and most effective program in the industry. The same one that has helped me (and many others) create a successful online business.

But first, let’s discuss the things you really need to look out for in this industry, as these will help you make a more informed choice about Commission Hero.

Commission Hero Review: 7 Things to Know Before Joining (Red Flags)

I’ve been earning a living online for some time now, and over the years, I’ve learned to spot the common red flags to watch out for before joining a program.

The marketing may be convincing, but knowing what to watch out for can really help you avoid the scams and overhyped programs that really only benefit the people selling them.

1) Does the Company Offer a Free Trial?

Most online business programs aren’t selling the “amazing” system they claim to be selling. Instead, they are selling re-hashed information that you can often find online for free. And that is often why they hide what they’re offering behind a paywall instead of letting you try it out for free.

The way I see it… if what they’re offering is really that good… then why not let you “test drive” it first? Often, it’s because most people wouldn’t stick around after the trial, so they have to make their money as quickly as possible… then pitch you a bunch of upsells immediately after joining.

Does Commission Hero offer a free trial? No, Commission Hero does not offer a free trial.

2) Does It Sound Too Good to Be True?

One of the most common red flags I see among programs in the make money online space is sales pages claiming you can make lots of money in a short time.

Not only that, but they claim you can make the “big bucks” without putting in much effort.

This, folks, is the hallmark of a SCAM.

I spent years searching for (and joining) programs that promised me this sort of thing, and eventually, I was forced to learn the hard way that there’s no such thing as a “push button” system (that works).

In reality, what these sites are doing is selling unsuspecting people the dream. They sell the “sizzle” when in reality, the “steak” is nowhere to be seen.

What does Commission Hero claim? The sales page for Commission Hero claims to show you how to make $1,000 per day with a “simple 3 step system,” and suggests that you can “be on track for 6-Figures online in the next 30 days.” In my opinion, that is not realistic for most people.

3) Can You Get Expert Help and Mentoring?

It’s very common for internet marketing “gurus” to claim that they will be “right there with you” to help you make money online… but oftentimes, the reality is very different.

Not only are the owners of the “system” nowhere to be found after you sign up, but contacting them is virtually impossible. Once they have your money, you will often find that they have no time to help you get started. And as a result, you are left out in the cold to fend for yourself.

Can you contact the owners of Commission Hero? Robby Blanchard does provide members with a Facebook group, which is cool, but based on my experience (yes, I have joined Commission Hero), you don’t get 1-on-1 coaching from Robby directly.

4) How Will You (Actually) Be Making Money?

Most online “systems” are loosely based on the idea of building an affiliate marketing business, which is where you earn commissions promoting other companies products.

In and of itself, affiliate marketing is a great business model. There are millions of products you can promote as an affiliate, and the commissions can be very rewarding.

However, the trouble with many online “systems” is that they don’t teach you how to do affiliate marketing properly. Instead, they show you how to “re-sell” the same system you just joined.

This can work to an extent, but it can also (massively) limit your potential. Because instead of learning how to promote ANY product within ANY niche, you are stuck promoting the same system you just joined – just like everyone else. And because everyone else who just joined the system is trying to do the same thing, the competition can be overwhelming for a beginner.

Not to mention, many of these types of programs require you to buy $100s (even $1,000s) worth of extra stuff to “qualify” to earn the higher commissions, which is totally unnecessary.

How do you make money with Commission Hero? Commission Hero teaches you how to make money with affiliate marketing using paid Facebook ads, which can get very expensive, very quickly. The main problem with this method is that it’s VERY easy to get your Facebook account banned.

This happened to me even though I was following the training to the letter, and it has happened to many others. Other than the cost, this is easily the main drawback of the program.

5) What Are the Real Startup Costs?

You don’t need a lot of money to build a successful online business. But unfortunately, one thing I see (a lot) among unethical programs is charging people a fortune to build a business.

In short, many online business programs get you “in the door” at a low price point, only to immediately upsell you on numerous high-priced products and services that you had no idea you “needed” to make the system work… because they never told you that until after you joined.

How much does Commission Hero (actually) cost? Commission Hero costs $997. This gives you access to the course material and Facebook group. However, there are numerous high-ticket upsells pitched after joining.

For example, there is the “Inner Circle” club ($296 per month), the private coaching upsell ($10,000!), and more. Aside from that, there are numerous other costs involved, such as domains, web hosting, ClickFunnels, and having to pay for the Facebook Ads themselves.

All of this can get VERY expensive, very quickly. In reality, you’re looking at spending $1,000s (if not $10,000s) to build a business following the Commission Hero method.

6) Are Everyday People Seeing Success?

If I had a dollar for every time I saw a fake online guru claiming you can make lots of money with their system without putting much effort in, I’d probably be a gazillionaire by now!

Seriously, though… anyone can make bold claims about how much money their system can make you, but where’s the proof? That’s why it’s so important to do your due diligence (like you are now) if you want to know if a program is genuinely helping others succeed.

Are Commission Hero members seeing real success? It appears as though some people have seen success with Commission Hero, but I would say it is mostly those that have deep pockets and those lucky enough not to have had their Facebook ad accounts banned (yet).

7) Does the Company Have a Good Trustpilot Rating?

TrustPilot is one of the best places to go to find genuine customer reviews about a given product or service. So if a company doesn’t have a presence on TrustPilot, or if they are rated below a 4.5, then there are almost certainly going to be better alternatives to consider.

Is Commission Hero a Scam?

Commission Hero isn’t exactly a “scam” because Robby Blanchard is a real Facebook marketing expert, and he does share some decent training on how to make money using his techniques.

But it’s definitely not something I’d feel comfortable recommending.

Why? Because for starters, the costs are very high when you factor in the upsells, extra costs of making the system work, and having to use paid traffic to make sales.

You could easily be out of pocket $1,000s before ever making a dime, and even then, there’s no guarantee that what he teaches will lead you to make money consistently.

Which leads me to my second point…

It is VERY easy to get your Facebook ads account banned (this happened to me, and I was following the training to the letter). It is not until AFTER you join that Robby makes it clear that this is essentially “normal” for those that follow his method.

Worse still, the methods he suggests for getting new FB ad accounts are very elaborate, somewhat vague, and (quite frankly) feel a bit shady!

So, long story short… I don’t believe Commission Hero gives you the best and most viable path to creating a successful online business (not by a long shot).

In my opinion, there are much better options to consider.

Every program I joined felt like one big never-ending sales funnel, where the “guru” behind it was just trying to sell me more and more stuff.

Not only that, but they always taught the same old rehashed information that didn’t work. It may have worked 10 years ago, but sure as heck wasn’t working now.

And trying to get support from a real human (who wasn’t a salesperson) was a nightmare.

Maybe you’ve come across stuff like this yourself?

They always sound good, but then you join and find out that what they’re teaching doesn’t actually work and that the only ones making money are the people selling it.

What Is Commission Hero?

Commission Hero is an online course that aims to show you how to make money doing affiliate marketing with Facebook Ads. It may be possible to make some money with this method, but the costs are very high, and your ad account will likely get banned following this method. Who Is Robby Blanchard?

Robby Blanchard is the guy who created Commission Hero. His background is mostly in affiliate marketing, and he appears to have done quite well on that front. However, a good chunk of the money he makes seems to come from selling his courses and coaching programs.

Does Commission Hero Work?

Commission Hero shows you how to promote ClickBank products with Facebook Ads as an affiliate. In and of itself, affiliate marketing is a great business model that absolutely works. However, doing affiliate marketing with Facebook Ads (in the way Robby Blanchard teaches) is a recipe for disaster. Your ad account is almost guaranteed to be shut down following this method. And once you’ve accessed the course, you can’t get a refund, which means you could end up losing a lot of money.

How Much Does Commission Hero Cost?

The main Commission Hero course costs $997, but there are several high-ticket upsells and hidden costs involved. There is also the cost associated with running Facebook Ads. The costs involved with following the Commission Hero course are very high (potentially $1,000s), and because of the risk of getting your FB ad account banned, you may never recoup those costs.

Is Commission Hero a Scam?

I don’t consider Commission Hero a “scam” because it is a real course and you may be able to make some money with it. However, based on what I’ve discussed in this review, it’s not something I recommend. There are much better ways to build a successful online business.
